I loved staying at this hotel because it's just a 2-minute walk to Istiklal Street, where endless dining and shopping await, and only about 4 minutes from Taksim Square, making it super convenient to explore the city. The spa was a great bonus for relaxing after long days of sightseeing!

The location is fantastic, just two minutes from Taksim Square. My Deluxe Twin Room had a private bathroom, air conditioning, and a minibar. The staff was super accommodating. The spa facilities were so relaxing, with exceptionally kind staff. Breakfast had a great variety, including fresh fruits and good coffee. Everything was clean and inviting.

Only downside, though, was that the room got quite noisy at night, making it hard to sleep. But overall, it was a solid experience.

Noise from the bustling streets was intrusive at night, making restful sleep a challenge, especially on lower floors. The ventilation system in the room was oddly set, leaving the temperature quite warm. keeping the door open for fresh air brought in outside commotion. Also, I noticed the scale for weighing luggage was out of service, complicating our departure plans.
